themisfits.pro is operated by The Misfits Production, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to info@themisfits.pro and a person will answer it.

What is collected, and why

The contact form

If you use it, your name, your email address, your phone number, an indicative budget and your message are sent to The Misfits Production by email and a private notification so it can be answered. It is not added to a marketing list. It exists so your enquiry can be answered — nothing else. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

The form also carries one field that is hidden from you and left empty by a real visitor. Automated submissions fill it in, which is how they are recognised and discarded. It collects nothing about you.

Email, phone and messaging

If you make contact directly at info@themisfits.pro or +20 100 278 7002, that conversation runs on your email or messaging provider's own platform under their terms, not this site's. Ordinary business records of client conversations are kept the way any company keeps them.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages get read and roughly how visitors find the site. This is aggregate usage, not something used to identify you personally.

Fonts

The typefaces load from Google Fonts. Loading them sends your browser's request, including your IP address, to Google's servers — the same as any externally hosted font or image.

Who else sees it

Your message passes through the infrastructure that runs this site, solely to deliver it to The Misfits Production. The analytics providers named above receive the usage data described there.

How long it is kept

For as long as it is a useful record of the conversation or the working relationship, and no longer as a matter of course. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be, unless there is a genuine reason to keep a record — an active or recent engagement, for example.

Your options

Write to info@themisfits.pro at any time to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If what this site collects or how it is handled changes, this page and the date at the top change with it.
